I was blessed to have (Ken) assist me with getting back into my home. He arrived within the given ETA and approached me in a professional and calm manner. The type of lock was somewhat complex. However, he was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Despite the issues with the complexity of the lock he remained professional and courteous to me throughout the timeframe. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional locksmith who knows how to keep their cool, even when the customer is frustrated. I can’t say enough about Damien and D&M Lock and Safe. I had just driven the days to my family’s condo only to find the batteries on the keypad were dead and the spare key my mother cut at Home Depot didn’t work. D&M arrived in less than 30 minutes and managed to get the door open using the Home Depot key. They told me they could even cut a new key with the codes from the master key. They are awesome! Thank you D&M!
